Resolutions issued by Correos

Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, establishes that the right of access to public information may be limited when the causes referred to in articles 14 and 15 of On the other hand, according to the criteria of the Transparency and Good Governance Council, those Resolutions on requests for information that deny access should be published (See document 100 questions on transparency of the CTBG, Questions 5 to 7, available at https://www.consejodetransparencia.es/ct_Home/Actividad/documentacion/100preguntas.html).

Resolutions of the Council of Transparency and Good Governance

The Transparency and Good Governance Council is the independent body that is responsible, among other powers, for the resolution of claims submitted by citizens regarding access to public information, as established in Article 24 of Law 19/2013.
